Attached is my own design for a Fender Eliminator (Tail Tidy in the UK).
I felt the OEM ones all looked too flimsy, especially where the indicators attached, so I designed and built my own.
Part 1 is the Bracket to attach to the bike, Part 2 lines up under it and fits the indicators and...
Just some updated photo's
1. Renthal Ultra Lows (with R&G Heated Grips Controller)
2. R&G Bar End Sliders
3-5. Self Fabricated Fender Eliminator (Tail Tidy)
6-7. FE Fitted with LED Indicators.
I'll Post the drawings for the Fender Eliminator shortly
I use a Kriega US 20 & 10 (20 litres and 10 litres) strapped to the bike. Easy to remove to keep the great lines of the FZ6. Very secure, waterproof and made by bikers.
There is a US 40 (comprising of 1x US20 & 2x US 10's, giving you 40litres of storage)
Hope this helps.

NICE..........
Not long done my handle bars and grips (Black Renthal Ultra Low & R&G Heated)
And I too, am awaiting my leavers.... nearly 4 weeks now:(
More done today.
Fitted an Acumen Digital Gear & Voltage Indicator, Black Renthal Ultra Low Handle Bars, R&G Bar End Sliders.
Bike is still in bits as part way through installing R&G Heated Grips and once complete will fit the Puig Double Bubble Screen.
PS for anyone installing Handle...
Thanks...
It sure helped me.
I have just installed the Acumen Digital Gear & Voltage Indicator and for anyone else although it says connect the Purple to a permanent +12v, I connected mine to the Red with white stripe + brown dots along with the Red (Acumen) one.
Well at £5.99 for some "Cat Crap" I'm gonna give it a try.
Pinlock is £22......
Cat Crap, what an odd name for a product... Oh well better put my Kangaroo Poo shirt on now...........
Yep had mine on about 10 days and real easy to fit (with the right tools).
You'll need a couple of allen keys, socket set and screw drivers.
Worst part (for me) was getting them line up.
You'll luv the new sound when fitted.
Unusual thread this, when the Fazer 'll run to 69MPH in first gear.
Without wanting to sound patronising, it sounds like it's more of a confidence thing. Practice Practice Practice and get those revs up, it'll soon start to gel.
There's nothing getting away from the lights in first with...
I know half of you live Oz and the US with 70+ degrees, but what is the best option to stop your visor misting up?
I'm looking into using the Pinlock system my helmet visor has.
Ordered the Smoked LED unit from Whitelights (off of Ebay) about £60 from Germany. Very quick delivery too (I also think I've read that one of the US or Canadian riders has ordered from them too)
PS I ride through Berkshire weekdays on my way to work (M4)
I never used to use the rear brake much but I've tended to use the rear much more (like previously mentioned I use it to control the throttle in slow corners, coming up to lights etc.) I find it scrubs the speed without unsettling the bike (like grabbing a handful of front brake) and leaves...
