    Help a Nooby decide

Ah! So that's how... :D Well as others have said above, it really depends on how you ride. A risk taker or not. Motorbikes are faster than pretty much 95% of the cars on the road. If you choose to speed and take risks, you'll have much higher chance of having an accident. The faster you go the...

    Help a Nooby decide

+1 to that. How are you going to buy a new bike if you can't fork out the money for some basic training? And yes, buy protectors!!!

    Help a Nooby decide

Definitely go and do the course first and see if you'll like riding bikes and how confident you are. I would recommend the 250 ninja as the first bike if you decide that you want to start riding. It may be a 250, but the bike is really agile and you'll get plenty of fun out of riding it. Build...

Exhaust sound: Stock vs Leo Vince

YouTube - YAMAHA FZ6 - LEO VINCE EVO 2 This video is one that convinced me to buy the LeoVince out of all the exhausts. It really gives you an idea how it sounds like without any loss in distortion. (Definitely have no db killer in this one :D)

POLL: How much have you paid in SPEEDING tickets over the past 12 months?

The day I swapped out my exhaust was the day I got my first ticket! The damn thing is TOO LOUD!!! And it was $215AUD I remember? Pretty much the standard price for a ticket. They don't normally catch you for anything less, which is 12km/h over the speed limit, but under 13km/h At least I know...

    MX Boots on the FZ6...

I got a pair of the Alpinestars S-MX Plus and I don't feel too comfortable when walking around in them. Good for when you're on the bike...but for me, that's all its good for. Personally I would recommend get another pair, from the touring series for daily use. It'll be more comfy and easier...

    Nürburgring Nordschleife trip/track day 17-10

Have fun and safe day at The Ring! :) This is one of my things to do when I finally plans a trip to Europe. When that is I don't know, but remember to take some pics for the rest of us! Not when you're riding of course, leave the camera for someone else.

head light UK vs Europe models

Good advice there. This might be the easy way out, since both of the headlight will be ON after the mod.

Bi-Xenon projector with angel eye installed

Thanks again mate :D! Bit unfortunate that you have travel all that far for work, but if you're going at that distance on a daily basis. The good'o 4 wheeler still the best way to go, safer too. I found something on the sales section that you might be interesting in. Headlight assembly...

Bi-Xenon projector with angel eye installed

I'm still having fun with jb-weld. I finished one of the shutter, but the other one didn't line up properly. And because this thing takes a fair while to heal properly and if it doesn't line up the first time it's a real...#@$@#

Bi-Xenon projector with angel eye installed

Quick question on the installation again guys. Where should the ground point be? Find an existing bolt on the frame and use it or batt negative terminal?

Has your bike ever hit the ground?

That looks like the exact damage on my bike

Has your bike ever hit the ground?

Yes mine has. 3 times now? 1st time was at a park lot, I was doing a u-turn at low speed and front wheel caught some loose gravel on the bitumen. Then...ouch! Since then I have fall off twice riding up a parking ramp. The bike stalled half way (it was a lot more steeper than I anticipated) and...
