Everything going good parts in and will soon be putting her back together... This 9 to 5 got be going straight days none stop for the last couple of weeks, so I'm eager to get back at it..will update my progress and if I need help hope you guys got me lol....

Thanks and it's now completely split and crazy only 1 gear was damaged and teeth on only one of the other was... no I mean not the first bit of metal was found or any signs of what could have caused the damage...

Where do I find this manual you are talking about because it's nothing in the one that I downloaded to help me any further

OK all I mean all bolts have been removed still want split what tool to use????

Those 3 bolts have been remove now tell me how to remove the cover it's seems to turn a Lil but will not come off

Clutch looked fine when I removed it no burn marks nothing broken unless it was replace by previous owner thinking that was the problem alone.. Humm

Yeah local bike salvage yard wants 900 plus my old drive train.. I think that's a rip off being that you want my engine too

It had I want to say 30,000 I think but it ran strong and hard when I fired her up just that dang gearbox jacked up I even tried riding her she has the power still but I think when the chain broke and jammed itself it damaged those teeth they look more mangled then broke by the way..

But I can get a complete used gear box off the bay for under a 100 bucks and just install it as a unit right or find a used engine and be done with it all???

I have totally redone the bike color lights and wheels.. Was working on the rest after all the bike supposed to mechanics kept blowing me off about fixing it I decided to just dive into it myself now...she would love to be on the rode just need surgery...lol... help her please S.O.S

Yeah hopefully but when I pulled the old pan no metal was found of any sort and yes it's off the bike...it's crazy that just that one gear is damaged thou..

Sorry for the late reply but if I spend the clutch and the gears spend those are the gears that are damaged..like if you drop the oil pan the first set of gears you see are those that are attached to the that....how do I show a pic???

Pulled the pan and all I see is the first set of gear's that the clutch basket attached to...and the teeth on it in one spot are bad... so I need to inspect the rest to make sure..

Sounds like what I got going on.... when got the chain all cut out and replaced the front gear sprocket and rear with new chain tried to ride it and all I heard was loud clunking sound coming from the gear box and chain seemed as if was binding up..pulled out the heart and started the break down...

Been around the car scene my whole life but with this bike I brought for only 200 bucks but Noone in my area has ever worked on them so only choice left was to dive in myself not hard at all to do... chain broke when previous owner was riding jammed on him and I'm guessing that is what caused...
