    Plastic thing around the exhaust

    Hey guys, I have a quick question :) The thing in the middle there between the exhausts-- is it supposed to be locked down under the mufflers? Mine is kinda loose, and I can't figure out how it would be secured. Anyone have any insight on this? Thanks!
