I think he means an adapter to connect the ctek bit to the optimate wire. I doubt something like that exists. You could connect them both though ;) or persuade the guy where you store your bike to get a ctek.

dont think you can stop it, it usually means the paint wasn't put on properly, either in a wet or dirty environment. If they paint it while its even slightly moist the paint won't stick. Another possibility is it got scratched and the scratched part started rusting. Only option (I think)...

Well you have a different exhaust than I do, and a K&N, and a modded airbox. So that would be a different map than I'd be able to use.. Good idea though, there are probably a couple of people who have similar setups.
