Here it is all finished wet sanded and polished out, im so stoked at the way this turned out:rockon:

I had all the inlets taped off in the hopes of not geting anything into the tank, but when i removed tape some small particles may have gotten into the tank, is there not a fuel filter inline with the fuel pump? I did not flush tank before installing because i didnt think anything couldve gotten...

Plugs are just over 8K im gonna yard them out here in a lil bit to see if they've fouled out.

Fuel pump is working. Paint in which connector? Fuel pumping into fuel rail is that what you mean? It appears to be because im smelling fuel out the exhaust. Air cleaner is good to go! Im gonna pull plugs here in a lil bit to make sure there not fouled for whatever reason. Didnt...

I finally got all the paint work done on my FZ tank and was putting everything back together hooked up all the lines, connectors etc... to the tank and began to start it, it cranks over and sounds like it is trying to run on only a couple cylinders what is going on here, ive got plenty of fuel...

Thats is freakin cool, we have pong tables set up at work and ever break several of us throw down, but nuttin like this :eek:

Ive been looking at this mod for sometime now, whats the cost of this kit?

Freakin insane is right, but everbody's got there own adrenaline rush! we just choose to do it on two wheels, sometimes one in my case.

I use this stuff whenever possible, its great for holding or sealing stuff together! whats really cool about it is you can sand and paint the stuff when your all done.

Them are some nice lil dingers you got there, i too had some similiar dents in my tank and had to lay in a good amount of filler to get them to disappear, when you do the filler it will take a couple passes of filling and sanding to get it right, but it can be done and look like nothing ever...
