If you can't get enough torque, you can try to hit the bolt with some "PB Blaster" to loosen it up. Also, I used a ratchet with the hex end (so longer handle) to do mine. Putting a small pipe over your hex wrench will help extend the handle and give better torque, but I'd definitely hit it with...

OK - so this is my backyard. I feel no sympathy [edit: well, some] for these riders. Show the Snake respect and you'll get it back. Some people are going WAY WAY too fast on the Snake and I'm scared ****less when I'm coming around a turn and they're just about to cross double yellow with knee...

That video shows reckless driving, no matter how skilled they are at leaning the bike over...I didn't have sound, but I saw over the double yellow, over the white line and actually losing traction in the dirt at one point...pretty nuts. Way too fast when other cars are around. But then again...
