It looks clean flipped down but your arm gets in the way. Napoleons are easy to adjust so i flip them down if im not going to use them that much. Riding in the city i have them up and a little outwards. They give great visibility imo.

Exactly. The whole idea of a streetfighter is based on madmax type of custom builds imo..the finished product looks far from original..and far from anything else on the road for that matter. I would say, the less you can tell what the original model is the more streetfighter you are.

I'm not sure that the rep at Yamaha would tell you this even if it was true. If it isn't stated in the manual, the guy answering the e-mails might be risking his job or even a potential lawsuit giving you this info. If there is such thing, why arent they warning us right? ..just my 2 cents.
