to the OP, make sure you've totally released the shifter back to its normal spot from the shift BEFORE, if its still slightly engaged it won't shift smoothly, or at all... i had that problem before i adjusted my shift lever down a little as i had to basically lift my foot right off it was so high

i cleaned mine with a toothbrush! took off the front sprocket cover, cleaned a massive amount of crap out cleaned the chain with kerosene relubed it then re cleaned my wheels :D then took off the crap old tank protector, and put this one on...

yeah probably just below that, feels normal to accelerate from below 5-6 but maybe i just gotta get the motor on song a little more, it feels to torque-y down there!

definately warm, i expect it when cold it could be that i'm not high enough through the revs to be accellerating (ie, should knock it back a gear) but i'm still a little fearful of the front coming up if i give it a big wrist-full

Re: How to do an oil change Thanks for the guide! it was a bit of a mission to find the correct oil filter, i don't know what the bypass pressure is on it (like the suggested 14psi) but i got drainback filter, correct size and gasket diametre etc etc and eventually found a Ryco one to suit...

hey all, can i jack up my bike using a trolley jack under the centre stand? seems like a good point to do it, but i don't really want to break anything suggestions?

i know i've only had it a day or two but i can't complain at all about the givi boxes that came with my bike, mounting hardware i quality and doesn't get in the way at all, locking system is pretty top notch too
