call a local upholstery shop and see if they do foam replacement (on motorcycles)...some shops have atomic foam, or similar, to help with comfort.

Isn't the fuel pump inside the tank? If so, that could be where the missing 0.2 gallons went(displaced by the volume of the pump) Just a theory.

every post I read that contain pics is a crap shoot for me at work. On some posts I get one pic but not another. For example, I can see the first pic of the fairing, but not the second one of the bike. Very frustrating!
