I thought the same thing, it looks great, but front end looks really tall now, but it might just be the inverted forks playing tricks...

I ordered and installed the "gold" ones and IMO they are very very orange to me, but i am hoping that they will fade like has been posted to gold... either way orange looks kind of bling :) they give the clutch and brake a very solid and affirmative feel to them, I like them a lot.

yeah, might be 20 inches... All I could remember is 20 something and 45 degree angle. Was he at ground level with ute meter or at exhaust level measure? The ground level might get me a little more buffer

Eric, can you describe how he tested? was it 20 feet back and at about a 45 degree angle? I have my DB meter and should do an official measurment of mine since it is pretty loud (in case anyone forgot how loud it is fromt he FZ meet last year).

I have a set of SS lines that i have not had a chance to put on yet. I can't wait though, should be night and day difference.

very sad and a complete tragedy :(. It makes me wonder what caused the blowout though... usually if a tire goes out on a bike it will not explode to the point of throwing a person from the bike if they are hanging on. be safe out there for riders and passengers.

it would be great to see some real life pictures, It is looking like i may be taking a trip to NS at the end of the summer, so i might have to seek out a Yamaha dealership and try to smuggle it back with me... or at least look at one.
