    Side Cover, "Eyelid" cover, Footpeg

2007 Blue, I need the side fairing that is below the seat, the trim piece that surrounds the headlight, and the left side footpeg (aftermarket is welcomed as well, but i would need a pair so they match) related note, anyone know where to get aftermarket footpegs for the FZ6? do any other...

    Winter gloves

I have some Alpine star winter gloves that work decent when paired with heated grips, however i went to a shop and tried on some Gerbig heated gloves and i am in love! the new ones can even come with a rechargeable battery pack that lasts a few hours, so no need to even wire them in or be tied...

Buy it if its been dropped?

So after 100k miles on a few bikes, I had my first crash 2 weeks ago, Hit some oil in the road while on the brakes... was that a self fulfilling prophecy? or am i an inexperienced rider? not sure which to blame it on, but one thing is for sure, it was obviously my attitude... Back on topic...

Keira rode the bike home without incident, she said it was a little tough to shift, but the foot peg is a bit tweaked, so the shift lever is probably also bent a lil, just something else to look into. i found a new rear side pod same color and graphics on E-bay for $30 including shipping, i...

She would have been a LOT worse if the call came frome someone else, she was awesome though! Always and I agree 100% will fix the side pod, and the front might be able to be taken care of with a new "eyelid" which is just a small facia piece and not to terribly expensive. I will check it out...

Hey guys, It has been a LONG winter for me and i just barely got the bike out on the road. I rode it to work twice this week and only rode it back once:spank:. I was on a straight road at about 8pm, 40 degrees out and for the life of me i don't entirely know what happened. a car in front...

Re: Mrs. is now a "Liter Mama!" And wit 2 x FZ1s hanging out int he garage, why wouldn't they be happy? Looks awesome and we will need to get a ride together as soon as the weather cooperates... I am not getting my first ride of the year probably until Wednesday because of winter hanging...

    I'm new!

Matt, welcome to the site, and it is not a bad idea to get some balance and comfort on a bike before the course. Take it to an empty parking lot though, AND traffic, even minimal, is a bad idea until you get comfortable maving around on the bike. As far as the MSF course goes, i think they...

    Coming to America!

I just looked through their inventory and lots of cruisers right now, but keep your eye on them, they usually have lots of sport touring and standard bikes in the list as the year moves along.

    Coming to America!

Well, I for one have been impressed with the prices at National Powersports Distributors Pembroke, New Hampshire- 1-603-410-4120 and they are super cool guys to deal with. Also they deal in all used bikes, so they would probably buy the bike(s) back after the trip, probably take some off for...

    The (tyre) price is right??

I have had good luck and long life with Shinko 009's and they are dirt cheap. I have even done 2 track days on them as well as 8k miles street on them so far and they still have almost 1/2 tread... they are not as sticky as some of the nicer tires out there, but for what you are looking at...

1986 FZ 600 trouble! (no power!)

generally you an find the problem by re-tracing your steps. I would pull the tank again, check the battery connections, check that the new battery actaully has a charge, make sure the ground wire and power wire are securely connected. Does the biek do anything when you turn the key on...
