I mostly use three fingers on the brake, and switch between two and four on the clutch. Standard length levers. :)

When did you get your bike and which year is it from? I'm assuming you bought it secondhand? I would contact the previous owner and ask what happened to the spares..

It all depends on your preference, but you already know that. Out of the options you listed I would get the R1, but I would also consider the new fireblade. :)

As far as I know all the stock FZ6 S's are single low beam.. At least all of the ones I've seen in Norway has had only single low beam, including my own.
