The air felt cooler this weekend. Was a very pleasant day for a spin on the bike. Saw a lot of other bikes today. Practiced "the wave".:D Getting used the new bike. Really enjoying it at this point. Looking forward to some more cooler weather!

Looks like a fun ride. Nothing wrong with swapping bikes. I enjoy swapping bikes on rides to try out something different without a salesman trying to close a deal on me!:D Usually, it just makes me appreciate my own bike, as you have stated.

In all honesty, I really don't believe it was Lonesoldier's intention to attack anything with his post. I see someone trying to offer support in a way of "cowboy up" or "keep a stiff upper lip" sort of spirit. It is awesome that you are ready to defend a perceived attack on someone, though!

I don't know why......maybe it is the angle of the picture.....and I know it is not supposed to be funny (it wouldn't be if the shoe was on the other foot)......but the image just strikes a certain funny bone and I can't help but laugh. Man, just took a 200 mile ride today with the new PR 3's. Gotta say that these things are awesome. Feel like they really hug the pavement and perform well all around. :rockon:

I have had bad experiences with parts being packaged poorly, too. Just doesn't seem like rocket science to understand an object needs to be padded on all sides. I can't help but laugh when I see a part with five sides up against the inside of the box and padding on the one remaining side. :spank:
