    Trailering an fz6

That's a very nice trailer you have there! I've been scoping trailers out myself lately. Here's my current trailer setup, I recently drove 700 miles round trip to pick up my Street Triple. The gas mileage was atrocious, I much prefer to tow an open trailer.

    Trailering an fz6

I put two ties downs at the front around the lower triple and then two more at the back around the rear subframe. Just make sure not to strap it down too tightly.

    ThisIsBenji's FZ6

I agree, I tried to do it once and failed as I was getting some binding. I may have to give it another try at some point.

    New Season, New Bike

I think the Street Triple has a lot of similarities with the FZ6 that even the FZ09 does not have. The Triumph basically has everything that I love about my FZ6, but then it approves upon it in just about every way.

    New Season, New Bike

The Grom is definitely staying. I use it to commute to work and I also do a monthly group ride on it with 15-20 other Grom riders. The FZ I'm a little bit uncertain about. However, until I feel comfortable taking the Triumph to track days the FZ is going to stick around.

    New Season, New Bike

Yup! That bike is pretty sweet, I've had some good adventures on it.

    New Season, New Bike

Well... after riding one last season I finally did it. Picked up a 2014 Triumph Street Triple R yesterday. The bike only has 2,600 miles on, came with a sweet SC Project exhaust and the Triumph Quickshifter! I have a feeling the FZ6 might collect some dust this season.

    ThisIsBenji's FZ6

First track day on the new shock. The bike felt really good coming into corners and mid-corner, but I definitely need to work on setup. I'm not exactly sure if it was just the track being rather bumpy (I haven't rode this particular track since May 2015) or if it was the shock, but I was...

    ThisIsBenji's FZ6

Well... the supersport plan fell through, got married instead. ;) That Daytona is also now totaled. Got crashed at 90mph or so on July 10th two days after my wedding, but he replaced it with a RSV4. Anyways, I've gone and done another mod to my bike..... You probably can't tell from the...

    First Track Day!

Just remember, it's about the rider! My FZ6 is my track bike and I can't count how many technically faster bikes I smoke on it. Heck I can even pull on people on the straights by getting better drive out of the corner.

    Trackday... on my GROM!!

Definitely a lot cheaper than the proper tracks. $3,000 will get you a brand new Grom and it only cost me $25 to ride all day. Not to mention that the bike sips fuel at the track.
