I don't know about Givi racks but I have a Kappa rack (KLX) that is exactly the same type and it can only accept K33 side panniers. So if you get straight boxes they won't fit that rack.

As mentioned before try hitting with a hammer a few times. And if it doesn't work try to get your hands on an impact wrench. Did the trick for me.

You should use the search button to look for exhaust mods... And if my memory serves me correctly I have seen 2-3 different single can and underslung exhaust mods.
