Got my +4 swingarm in the mail today. It's now widened by 5 inches in the front and back and 4 inches in the length. Bored 80 over and ready to rip!

When I installed mine I didn't notice just how much it smoothed out the throttle. It wasn't until I took it off that I really noticed the on/off. So yes, it did smooth mine out.

This kind of things happens quite often. People will say they are in and when it comes time to pony up the $$ suddenly it's all silence. I really don't know why it happens, but it does. I hope everyone that said yes will eventually pay up, but it's not likely.

Almost done!!!! Here is how it sat yesterday. I woke up this morning and decided to put it back together. First the engine went back in, followed by a new chain and swing arm roller. I was surprised at how easy everything was going back together. There is usually at least one problem...

The shop is already on it! They will be checking the crank and pressing the crank out of the old case and into the new case. I didn't mention it before but the old case had a repair so I bought a new a set of new cases.

The tear down has begun! I pulled the motor yesterday and did a complete disassemble. I plan on installing new seals, bearings, reeds, piston, rings and a complete carb rebuild. I dropped the cylinder off at the shop to have it bored to 67mm or .040 over stock. To date I have recovered...

Just ordered a Vitos block off kit from ebay for $31. I can't wait tfor warmer weather!:D

Thanks for the info man. I'm tring to figure out what size piston and rings to get. No way of knowing without pulling them I guess?
