fuel pump wouldnt come on so i tried to bypass lean angle shut off switch by jumping all three wires together and now i have no spark .....any ideas do you think this could fry the ecu?

hi evryone! I have a delema. I bought a 05 fz6 engine from a wrecked bike to put in a mini dune buggy. I got it with the main engine harness but the coil sub harness is missing. I am wondering if besides the coil sub harness is there any other harness i need and what about the guages will it run...
