I know... kinda turned into a Harley Davidson event. Ride was a bit slow and man it was hot but still glad I got to go. I do prefer the smaller group rides myself, looking forward to an aggressive back road ride with the STLRYDERZ group again.

Little bit of everything goes on in my little garage / wood shop / bike shop / barbecue hut / kids playroom / my playroom / fortress of solitude... the list goes on and on. To me the most valuable place in the house. Really liking that non slip floor William ... Details Please, can it...

    Belly pan brackets

Thanks for your help... I will use your pics as a guide for making better ones for myself. That design on your pan is much better than what I have going on.

    Belly pan brackets

I am looking for some OEM Yamaha belly pan brackets. I have an eBay purchased belly pan and one of the brackets broke. The belly pan is a duplicate of the OEM Yamaha pan but the brackets were kind of crappy and broke from I assume vibration. Hope I can find some decently priced brackets from a...

Wish I could have made it, I typicality work M-F 7:30-5:00pm. Those hours are no good for these short winter days, but they are getting longer!!! I think I will ride into work tomorrow if the rain holds off and maybe ride down to Festus tomorrow evening after work to a birthday party. I wish...

Yes, I changed out my front and rear springs. I did it mostly because I am only 5'6 and wanted I little more foot on the road when I was stopped. I also shaved about an inch off my seat. As long as you have a clean place to work it is no big deal. I turned on the radio in my garage and just set...

I am between Fenton and Arnold at Hwy 21. Look forward to getting some more riding in. Last year I didn't get near enough seat time and hope to correct that this year. I am also a member on stlryderz.com although a mostly silent one, and also there because of Beth. :) We should be able to...

Anybody gotten a ticket or been cited for too loud an exhaust??

I don't think that is the case... however loud pipes are often a tell of a personality type for sure. Don't get me wrong, I have scorpions on my bike and enjoy occasionally pulling out the baffles and making a little noise, but there is a point where I do believe something should be done to stop...

    Belly Pan...

Same one I bought, the bike in the picture actually belongs to forum Member GEOFF. It looked so good they used his pic to advertise. It will come from Lithuania I believe, I think that was the address on mine and takes a few weeks to arrive. I have the same color bike as you and it...

    I hate railroad ballast!!

Glad your OK! The first thing I did was think.. OMG the Paint! I knew from the speed you seemed to be going that you were ok, but that gravel was nasty! Hope the paint wasn't to bad, couldn't tell if its metal or platsic around the tank. Kudos on the self control... Think I might have been...

The mud got me...(first time down on the roadbike)

Very easily done. You can almost feel the defenses shutting down when you approach a destination which can make the end of a trip the most dangerous. Only time I dropped one was in my garage, the safest place of all! LOL

    Contour Roam: $89!

Just arrived today... Think this will be a lot of fun. I tried using my dig. Camera in the past but this should work much better. Seems rather well built and fairly light without feeling cheap.
