    jtarkany Streetfighter Revealed...Finally!!!

As mentioned in the original post, I am using 2 Hella FF75 offroad lights, these use 12V/55W H7 Halogen bulbs, so essentially you could use any H7 bulb you want. I have the bottom wired to low beam and the top wired to high beam using the same bulb, the only difference is the light throw. I...

    jtarkany Streetfighter Revealed...Finally!!!

Funny you should ask because it was Wavex and Wolfmans bikes that inspired me to go naked in the first place. In fact, the first time I saw Wolfmans bike with that bagster tank protector (not on it anymore) I new that I wanted to wrap my tank to look like it was covered in leather :thumbup...

    jtarkany Streetfighter Revealed...Finally!!!

Not too hard, the mounting holes are about a 1/4" wider on center, so I just squeezed the rear sets in a vise. The shift linkage needs to be bent to fit around the frame and the master cylinder mount has to be removed and a new one fabricated to move the master cylinder back away from the frame.

Do it, it really doesn't get that pricey when you are doing it yourself. I will go back to the original post and add my costs to each item and see what it ended up costing me.

The wind blew over my bike...

Glad the damage was minimal, I would have done the same as you and left the cover on, the thought of the wind blowing it over would never have occurred to me :(

    jtarkany Streetfighter Revealed...Finally!!!

The swingarm is a piece of cake, direct bolt on, however, the suspension is another matter, it is centered rather than off to the side and requires new mounting points for the shock. I tried to show in the pictures the new top mounting point that I incorporated into the new subframe as well as...

DB-01R, time and patience. Unfortunately it was mainly trial and error and I don't remember alot of it. I have the MPH, RPM, Odometer, Fuel Gauge and Signal Indicator working. The N Indicator does not work, the Fuel Gauge is inaccurate and the oil indicator light is always on.
