If I see the bump i'll gas it and do a semi-wheelie hop over it with front tire.(standing up). If it has the gap for water drainage i'll aim for that, or if there is not a curb i'll go for the gutter. If I don't see the bump, HOLY CRAP!!! that would scare the hell out of you!

You can always pull the filter off and only a bit of oil will come out. It will not drain through the filter unless the motor is running. Dump the oil out of the filter, replace the filter, start the bike to fill the filter, check oil level and repeat if necessary. Did you get the needle out yet?

I would go check out a craft store or a tailor and see if they have nickel buttons and just sew one on to your gloves finger tip. You only need one button. You would be looking at pennies instead of dollars.

5'10" Here. Short legs though, I have a hard time reaching the ground, need to tip toe or lean the bike to get a flat foot on the ground. On long rides I do get the cramp between the shoulders at the base of the neck, like my helmets to heavy.
