I am also in the group that has totaled an FZ. I highsided mine into a ditch at 50+ mph and broke my collar bone, the fairing was gone and the bars were bent but i still rode it after i got home from the hospital and it was fine....the ins co wrote it off because the frame has some road rash on...

+1 wavex i think that yamaha is aiming more towards the shiver 750 and street triple 675 market. That market is blowing up fast, it has doubled in number of bikes available in just a few years, and seems logical for yamaha to get a piece of the action there. I voted to get the FZ8 based on...

I have loved the sti forever and personally didnt like the hatch when they first introduced them but now i would rather have the hatch then the sedan. either way both are bad A$$ cars and i would love to own one!!:rockon::rockon:

Has anyone tried to fit a R6 front fender on the pre 07 FZ6? I know the mounting points are different, but i have the material to make relocation brackets. just wanted to know if it has been done and if anyone had some hints or tips to doing this......Also is the paint color the same on the blue...

which stripes did you get...i got my wheel stripes from the same guy and they were very good quality. i lifted mine a few times trying to make sure they were straight without them breaking on me. i got the white stripes. I also ordered blue reflective stripes in case i didnt like the white and...

Ive seen bikes with them that i just absolutey hated then ive seen some that i have liked....the biggest reason for the poll is just to see what other ppl think about them, not really to help me decide.
