I dont, its in my wallet and wont be going on my bike anytime soon. 4 years on bikes now and i've never been asked to show licence or tax when pulled over. but if i were to put it on the bike it would go on the reverse of the licence plate or on the fairing so that you can rotate it up inside...

Emmmm...thank you both for the further advice. I'll give a look at the reservoir when I get home to the bike...I dont think it will need replacing since the pipes are flexible anyway, and it seems to be this vacuum that is causing the problem. I think the reservoir idea is the best...

I never thought about that! I opened that up before alright and it was up to the very top..so maybe now its leaking in some way? But why then would it be in a vacuum and ok-ish during normal driving?

I just noticed the other day that the thick pipe running from under the tank to the radiator on the left hand side of the bike has become flattened...as if there is a vacuum inside. Is this a major indication that i need to replace the coolant? I cant see inside the radiator....so there maybe...

I change gears either at 6000 rpm if I want to save on fuel or at 8000+ if I want to have fun. I run the bike constantly at 6000rpm, sometimes at 7000 when I want to reserve fuel (it works!!) or if I'm having fun its not unusual to run the engine at 10,000rpm, especially when in 6th gear going...

i have never experienced the lights not changing for me until last weekend, when two sets (in both ends of the country) failed to change. One was in belfast city at a set of lights that always change for me...but on that grand evening, it decided not to, leaving me no other choice but to drive...

as you slow down on the bike you should be reducing the gears one by one to utilise the engine breaking potential and the potential of your own breaks. You dont just stop in 6th gear....that would be a very bad mistake! So if your slowing down and you see a car bearing down on you you should...

Out of interest, are you still under warrenty? Water shouldn't be able to find its way to this part of the bike. Its completely covered by rubber from underneath and the tank from above.

Lift up your tank. Do this by removing the two allen bolts either side of the front fairing and take the black fairing pieces out (they prevent the tank from lifting.) Then remove the two bolts holding the tank down...when they're out you can lift the tank right up (just dont lift too high as...
