Spring is near. Preventing sticking bugs?

So spring is near and I was thinking that with my new job I will be commuting on many miles of back roads and that means bugs. In this part of the country we have these little black bugs called Love Bug and they stick to your bike, car, and helmet like super glue if you don't get them off right...

Red Dead Redemption by Rockstar games

Rockstar Games Presents Red Dead Redemption Wondering if anyone else is looking forward to this game. I might try and get it right away. It looks good and if it lives up to the hype, good story line, this could be an excellent game.

Got a new job finally moving out of Houston

Well I suppose it's a 100 percent now. I got the results back from my background investigation and drugs screen, both ok. Not that I was worried if I pass or not but if someone might make a mistake. Now I can really have an attitude at work :P

Got a new job finally moving out of Houston

So did I when I was single and in my 20's. Houston is one of the best places to live for nightlife and meeting the opposite sex. But after living in small towns like Craig Colorado, Weatherford, Texas, and not so small Ogden Utah, I just got accustomed to a slower pace. That and crime in Houston...

What is your bad habit on your bike?

Weaving in and out of traffic during high speed rush hour jockeying for position at 80+ mph. Sometimes I look back at the end of the ride and think "that's really stupid" and I think about my 5 and 7 year old sons.

    LED accent lighting

When they had the big Harley fest down here in Galveston, I was out at night for some reason (very rare for me) but I would say just about every Harley had accent lighting.

Got a new job finally moving out of Houston

When I was in my 20's and single I liked Houston also, it has some good night life and some of the best restaurants. Now it's just a hassle. I think I'm going to need a boat. Endless water activities and fishing. lake jackson tx - Google Maps

Got a new job finally moving out of Houston

I got a job offer yesterday and of course I told them yes. It's not to far away so I get to commute until my oldest son gets out of the first grade. It's in Freeport about 50 miles southwest of here. I'll probably live in Lake Jackson, when I do move and no more Houston! I can't stand living...

Tonight and every night I will be your knight

Phew got a little headache this morning. 6 pack of Fullers ESB and a half bottle of some really good Tequila last night. Starting to feel a little better, just ate a manly breakfast of a plate sized chicken fried steak with gravy 3 eggs and hash browns. It's kellys grand slam.

What do you all do for a living?....

It's a Honeywell Experion / Honeywell TDC 3000 hybrid. It's a pretty good setup. I like the idea of having an experience blend of IT and process controls. I only have 2+ years on this system, I can't wait until I get 5 years. Before this job DCS was a small part of my job, I used to be an...
