It sounds like others have had similar issues which cheers me up a bit. I remember back in the 70s they installed a device called a ripple controller in all the houses in our area so that they could remotely switch of the geyser at peak times, although if you're not actually using hot water it...
This is when we really feel we are in a third world country. Due to mismanagement, corruption, incompetence, take your pick, our country doesn't have the electricity generation capacity to meet demand.
What's their solution? Loadshedding aka we shut you off for 3 hours at a time to ease the...
I guess I was lucky, I got 50,000km + on the OEM chain with lubrication when I gave it some thought and tensioning even less. I eventually tossed the chain and sprockets after the chain started binding although the sprockets looked perfect, no hooking or uneven wear at all.

Re: Amazing win by Rossi in Argentina
I'm surprised there hasn't been a flame fest about the title of this thread, giving away race results is a no-no :spank:

The best I have seen on the road is 265km/h. On a dyno it topped out at 249km/h true, 276 indicated. Stock gearing, Akropovics and 5,500ft above sea level which robs more power than any large rider.
