I have a matte AGV Corsa R and when I went to the AGV importer to buy a tinted visor the salesman suggested some potion for cleaning the helmet, I didn't buy it but I just wipe mine regularly with a damp cloth.

I have an X-Lite 802 and an AGV Corsa R and I don't notice much difference in buffeting although the wind noise in the AGV is terrible even with earplugs. My old Shoei was miles better than both of them.

My 2004 which I sold recently still has the original seals :eek: but I'm sure'm not the only one.

I had a 2004 with the Puig double bubble screen and it was fine, I am 6' and I could ride at indicated 240km/h plus with no issues. I can't say the same for my Tracer, the stock screen is a waste of time.

Leave it as is and people will think you have some kind of special triple...

The Fazer and the Tracer are completely different and not only because of the engine capacity. The Tracer triple engine has a lot of grunt low down and with the pipe I have on mine it sounds like a Honda CBX when you wind it up. agreed, when I took the hand guards off my Tracer and fitted Rizoma grips and MT-09 bar end weights everything moved outwards slightly, I filed the pins off and put everything back, no problems since.

I thought I could get away with not buying one if I could borrow one from a friend. Scottish blood! :oops:

Thanks but it isn't clear if it needs to stay on the bike, what I am asking is if it is possible to borrow one to calibrate then disconnect it.

I had a look at that site but what's not clear to me is if the Speedohealer is attached for calibration then removed, or becomes a permanent fitment on the bike.

I'm pretty sure I was able to adjust mine without removing the airbox. If I recall I removed the cable from the lever and pulled the cable down away from the airbox, adjusted the mid cable unit then refitted it and adjusted at the lever.

It seems a bit illogical to take the speed from anywhere except one of the wheels, what happens if you do some radical regearing with the chain and sprockets? The speed sensor inside the engine isn't going to know that.

Put a mushroom plug from the inside and you should be fine, I have used them several times without incident.
