It's sounds to me like they didnt align the wheel properly. Check the swing arm marking and make sure that it is the same on both sides. Also the chain could be adjusted too tightly?

Once you have the Diag mode hold in the select and reset buttons again for 5seconds or so again.

Hi There I can get the dash to see miles to km/h no problem but cannot get the tempreture to change. Is this a known fact that it can change?

Nope, I cant find it anywhere in the manual. I would prefer to see degree celsius rather than degree fehrenheit.
