Turn the bike off and pull the cover off the front sprocket. You'll see the sprocket has probably come off. Hopefully there is no spline damage to the output shaft and you can reinstall with a new nut and locking washer assembly.

There are 2 plugs for the cluster. There is a fuse that provides constant voltage to the clock in the cluster. look for a lost ground wire to the chassis frame/engine. The ECU needs it ground/negative to provide operation for the injectors and coils. Check for spark. Check for injector spray.

There is one place the display assembly might stop the ECU from operation but I don't know for sure. There is an oil level switch. The ECU might handshake through the data line to the instrument cluster CPU. The oil level switch is read through the instrument CPU and if it's telling the ECU...

looks like the module is toast. Run a temporary jumper between the red wire and the red w/blue. You should get fuel pump prime. Then try to start the bike. let us know. You'll need the module plugged in when you make the jumper....
