oh sanp.. i just realized... the low beam always remains on.... THIS IS HOW IT IS ON STOCK HEADLIGHTS ALSO.... The low beam is always on and when you flip the high beam switch the high beam comes on and the low beam stays on too..

Just try flipping the H4 connector wires (Black with green dots and Black with yellow dots) .. see attached pic
