a little off topic but i have the pr3 and im at the last mm of useable tread in the center i got about 12k miles so id expect an Easy 8-10k on pr2'3's i was going to buy the 2's but the 3's were a few pennies more

If the hole is smaller than 3/16 of an inch it can be patched i done correctly will not affect the structure of the tire. Inward out patch using cement and a inner patch on top if the plug

Just like when you got your divers license, practice somewhere a little less populated until you feel comfortable ten take easy streets working on lights then into traffic etc and so on if you feel comfortable it will be easier to preform that's why we buy comfortable beds am I right? But...

I swapped from the fz6 stock to the fz1 bars much more comfortable for me alittle more sporty for 30 bucks its worth a shot, for under 100$ usd you can get risers fz1 and fz6r bars and try them all. and if you want the money back resell via the forum you probably lose less that 10-15$...

i speak from experience in car tires never plug more than 3/16 of an inch you can have 10 plugs but no larger than 3/16 and if you can afford the new tire just cough up the $$ life > one tire

usually the seal is a square cut o-ring and has no up or down, id check the techmanual but its at my uncles house :( its basicly a square o-ring and when you apply the brake the piston moves out stretching the seal and the rubber gives to the hydraulic pressure once you release the rubbers...

check for bubbles as the leak my not be audible due to the size just a little spray from with a soapy water solution, check for bubble if non are present id just get the flange bent back
