Those three parts are all I broke on my bike too when she went down. It doesn't look THAT bad, but I just ordered all the parts from Yamaha to fix it. It was about $150.
I noticed a lot of my bar vibration has diminished as I get more miles. Everything has finally broken in nicely: engine, transmission. I would still be in for a group buy though.

The material is definitely reflective, but it isn't perfect. Certainly better than cardboard, but I went ahead and still put reflective tape on about half of it. In a pic, the installed piece didn't shine at all. With the extra tape, it is much brighter.
