thks for the responses so far. throttle cable play was the 1st thing i checked. i do all mt own service. the problem has gotten worse as the miles have added up, just like my 04 did. i'm wondering if it is an early 08 production that could be considered an 07 as far as tps replacement would go...

yeah defy we made it - actually heading back home right now. stayed up at the gap area late 2 11pm. all together i think there were a few more bikes than last year, plus several more we saw in the gap area that don't get on the board. instead of trying to run such a big group folks just broke up...

thanks ant - the ride down 28 is a great one, but i also reccomend getting down into the north ga. area. two, wolfpen gap, blood mt. , etc.. it's a long ride with a group but with a spirited group and straight riding it can be done. that's the route that jim went last year. or a different route...
