I'm using the DuPont Teflon stuff, too, along with the DuPont Degreaser. The interesting thing is the Teflon stuff removes more dirt from the chain than the degreaser does. I don't heat up the chain for Teflon spray.

I'd say the bag should be OK for a touring trip but rather not comfortable for city riding.
