That bit of stainless joiner pipe i got made up at a exhaust shop that way I kept the stock muffler untouched so it could be put back on if needed.

I am trying to make the same mod and i have some questions: How did you make that Y pipe? Is it titanium? Did you use titanium weld? Did you find spare titanium pipe to link? Or did you use the excessive pipe from the exhausts? How did you link it to the manifold pipe? How did you...

I had to cut a fair bit off making to y pipe was the hard part Trying to up load pics but it keeps failing:confused:

I have finshed modifying Some 05 model R1 pipes to my bike. And I love the new sound not to loud but louder then standard with a lot deeper note I will get some pics up soon
