I have the Scorpion EXO-700. I have the same problem with longer rides. I found that the liner in the helmet has a stitch/seam right across the forhead that seems to be the culprit when pressure from higher wind resistance hits the front of the helmet for a long period of time. My solution...

OMG, YOU ARE MY HERO!! I JUST NOTICED this problem and was looking for a new windscreen that was smaller with no success. Thanks so much. I'll post up some pics when I do it. Definitely happening soon, I'm riding around without a windscreen at all at the moment!! :thumbup:

How long does a clutch NORMALLY last with normal driving? I am a communter for the most part, 90% of my riding. It feels fine and all, but I've been unable to find a post related to how long they usually last for. Also, Are there particular brands that are better than others or that hold up...

I have the same problem, when I coast with the clutch in, i get the clicking as well. My chain is tight, aligned right. I'm wondering if I could have stretched one link inthe chain that could have caused it to click as it goes around the front sprocket? I know a new chain and sprocket...

Don't have experience, but I would imagine grabbing the front brake at that speed would just lock it up and the tire would skid, but not go ov erht ehandlebars. I remember when I first started riding on a Honda Rebel 250, for practice at about 10 mph, i grabbed the front, and it just skid...
