I did test the battery voltage (not while running, though) before removing and replacing. Was somewhere around 11.5v.

Have your battery tested. I had similar issues with jerky power, although it was more like at constant RPM it just felt a little jerky. Still started, just not eagerly like it does with a fresh battery.

Another update. Issue resurfaced, engine lags during turn signal use. Replaced battery and that seems to resolved all electrical issues I was having. The negative terminal seemed like it could have been tighter. Had the battery tested and it came back as bad. Will update again it if seems like...

No updates, other than I went for a few mile ride without using my front brake and then felt it to see if it might be the calipers that need new seals. Discs were cold so hopefully that's good. Maybe it's just my tire?
