The chap suggested I use .90 springs, I am 104 kg so my thoughts were .95 springs, The guy is an Ohlins specialist in Ireland, so ill take his advice. He said he will set it up for me when installed, I will ask him about the shim stack! cheers man.

Hey folks, after months of looking at race tec springs emulators etc.. plus lots of other brands! I also considered old R6 forks.

Oooh very lucky there man, I've slid sideways on bikes before, praying in those split seconds she doesnt go down, and i'll be honest, it would be more concern of the state of my bike after I hit the ground rather than myself (I wear full gear and have come off at track days when I was younger)...
The thing I dislike most about the fizzy is the soft non adjustable forks, easily remedied, but my old FZS had some slight adjustment on front forks, compression I think, Things I like.. everything else.. :)
Hey folks I've taken a couple of pics, I only noticed it the other day, The piece in the pic, doesnt connect at the bottom. Its loose. The little pieces that sweep under the pipes. Any thoughts greatly appreciated :)

I was praying it wasn't an engine rebuild, but the mechanics (friends) who looked her over before I bought it...
As you can see man, there is the matt black paint, it aint on the exterior engine casing just the front behind the down pipes..
And it on the pipe when it goes into 4 to 1 ?!?! odd ..
