Does anyone measure voltage on that led strip? I have 11V but before install that led strip it was almost 13V! Does anyone know is that wrong or right?!? Does that demage the battery or anything else?

I just use some gas on cloth and clean back wheel. After that just wash whole bike. I am dooing that for 3 years and everything OK.
