Went to adjust shift pedal and it came out. Put it back and it seems that it does not shift properly now. Is there a trick to this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

i push the bike into reverse and feel that its grabbing.

Silly question, but my brakes seem to rub against the rotar. there is no grab. Are the brakes supposed to do that? I recently bleed the brake lines. Thanks
