Can anybody tell me
a. Why it wont go as fast as when it was new after i took out the rear wheel to get a
flat fixed. Torqued acc to specs.Feels like it's binding.
b. Can one adjust the shocks? where? how?
c. Do rear tires need to be balanced? Is it possible i put on the wheel crooked(I made
sure the tabs/slits were equal on both swing arms)
Any help will be greatly appreciated
