Just one. About 2 years ago lowsided my 00 vfr about 60 mph. The worst part was seeing the bike disappear over the cliff while I was sliding toward it. With all the gear I walked away with a little road rash and one f***ed up helmet.

When i sold my fz with 41k miles it still had the original pads. They still look fine. not close to the wear indicators. I should say that i normally only use the brakes to stop from second gear. these bikes like the revs so engine breaking works great

being a cop myself I thought my light was burned out to before I realized Yamaha designed it that was. In Indiana it is a ticketable offense to have a head light out. I have never written one for that, but have stopped a lot just to let them know before someone does write them for it.

no there is no remote terminal for the battery. I would recommend a battery tender and run the leads someplace you can access them easier. this will keep the battery fully charged. running the bike at idle doesn't do much to charge the battery. you'll need to get the rpm s up to do anything to...
