The lights output is 1850lm the the beam angle is 36 degrees. The down part is that it's just a wide beam.i might add a secondary light to act as a high beam. Have yet to test her out on the road.
The light has a built in ballast system so I only had to connect 2 wires.

O okay thanks. If that is the case then I think I have burnt it out and will need to replace the pump. Thanks for the info now its off to ebay... Any suggestions on where I can just get the pump by its self.
I am building a 05/06 project Fz6 and I was able to get it to run. Then had to disassemble it to install new throttle and clutch cables. When I got everything back together I did not hear the fuel pump whine I thought it was the relay and to make sure I hot wired the fuel pump and it did not...
I feel you I'm going to mount it directly to the frame. Or at least that's what I'm planning to do. I yet have to purchase the light but I am 99.9991% sure that's the light I will be using..
I just used the stock R6 triple clamps you have to mod it a bit but it fits fine if you use the all balls bearing method. Great build. I see you are in the same boat I am with the head lights. At least you are up and running.
