Wow. That is incredibly ugly. I can respect that brand of ugly though. :thumbup:
I can respect the effort/work to make one. I still can not get why though... That can not be comfortable/easy to ride.

yes it is, that thing was parked for less then 5 minutes before the oil started to drip. the pictures of the engine weren't to show the technilogical marvel, but to show the oil running down the cases, cylinders. the pics really didn't do it justice. put it this way he would never need to lube his chain.Is that a drop of oil I see?

That looks like someone stole a 7 year girls olds bike, cut it up and bolted an engine to it. I have to admit that I like SOME Harley's, but definitely not that ugly thing.
i like machines that look purpose built. some harleys i like because they look purpose built for comfort in a cruiser-style seating position and it is done well.
over the top flashiness turns me off. this would fall into that category. the front fork doesnt need to be 17 feet long. lol, that would be so annoying to kneedrag with

That thing does look nice, but not practical. No front brake, forks that extend to the moon and and oil leak to die for. It all adds up to "NO THANK YOU". The guys that ride these things are a loyal group for sure! I would never even think of riding one for the simple fact of no front brake. More power to the rider that can stay alive on this thing.

Yup, looked not so close because I didn't have to and Yup, it is a real Panhead. Beyond that it is a custom build hard tail chopper. In regards to the oil leak, nobody has ever seen a bike beyond Harley with an oil leak right? Yeah sure.....

I have a Yamaha, Honda and a cheap Pep Boys 125cc dirt bike. I have yet to see a oil leak in any of them! I think Harley sould be ashamed of themselves for needing diapers.

For the recodd I never said I hate Harley. I really like there bikes, but thing they should be ashamed of themselve for charging what they do for a leaky diaper!

Pay attention and you may see what have failed to see in the past. Many bikes, from the past have had oil leaks. Harley, a product you may know little about had some real issues with leaks and especially during the AMF years. Yamaha had issues with shift shaft seals during the 80's and interestingly I know a couple of 2000+ V-Stars that have had similar problems. Have you recently been to a Harley event and taken a good look for oil leaks? Yeah, an event that may have say 1,000 bikes or more? I have and more than a few times but interestingly that oil leak you speak of was extremely limited and the bikes that did have an oil leak were owned by idiots that couldn't care for a washer and dryer let alone a motorcycle, of any kind.....

my 1979 kawasaki Z1000 was leaking so bad,,after i fill the gas tank,i was filling the oil too to go for a ride
of course they got improved so much now this harley engine looks like a little bit old too isnt it? i dont have any harley experience

Nice looking but I don't think velocity stacks are an indicator of a low maintenance bike. Wouldn't mind having it parked in my garage though... :noworries:

No I haven't, but I don't see alot of threads aout a Yamaha that has a oil leak, or any other problem for that mater. Harley's are known for having holes in the oil system, and this pic proves it! You saying that I am full of "whatever" for stating to odvious is insane! I never said I hate Harley's, but gave you valid reasons why I wouldn't ride that death trap... You on the other hand choose to attack me for those reasons. I never said a bad word about Harley...... TYPICAL

I put over 25,000 miles on my 1973 Z1. Great bike, no leaky. Same for my 2001 Harley though it didn't get anywhere near that much mileage before I traded it. I've also had '60s and '70s Japanese bikes with automatic chain oilers that would leave a slime trail right up there with their same era Harleys - though obviously for different reasons. :Sport:
