Should the tip of that plate holder not be aligned with the center of the wheel?

I thought that was a compelling question, so I went out and dropped a plumb line from the center of the tail light/center of the exhaust to check it against the tire. As you can see in the photo…center is center. Take another look at yours. It’s possible that the plastic assembly is twisted. Otherwise you may have a tweaked subframe. IMG_5361.jpeg

Thank you.
It's not the plastic, it's the subframe for sure.
I'll replace it once the riding season is over.
But does make me wonder how hard the bike fell if the subframe got twistes a few good cm.

If it's the subframe, I expect the seat and exhaust to also not be square to the wheel, is that the case?
Otherwise, check where the bolts (#46) mount the rear fender assy. to the exhaust, it should be cockeyed (not same on both sides).
If it is not square to exhaust, and #42 (bracket 6) in the drawing is bent, it can probably be straightened fairly easily. If not, I have one, but shipping cost might be prohibitive.

The whole ass is to the left. Stop light, rear pegs, everything. So I'll need the whole subframe.
And I am not going to bother with straightening it.
Unsure what the costs would be for shipping, I live in Romania.
