There should be a license required for anybody who wants to bbq. Take an all-day "safety" course, then pay $120.00 for a one-year license. Also, all bbq's should be registered with your state's DBBQ's. Add inspection teams who come unannounced. Heavy fines for BBQUI. Smog checks, too.
