Maybe the trailer also has brakes that get an actuation signal from the tow vehicle?

You're right, that rig would fold in half!

They have some tow dollies that have some sort of pressure switches just behind the receiver so when you hit the brakes the pressure from the car pushing the trailer forwards activates the trailer brakes, the harder the it pushes the more it activates the trailer brakes. Lots of boat trailers have them and I would hope it has one of those too!!!

Would you...say ride the bike towing a 3ton Suv down the Mulholland??And where do the passengers go??
So only any good as a rescue off the motorway.

Would be hard to remember to:
1. not split traffic
2. keep the bike in the middle of the lane instead of in one of the two outer thirds like most of us do

LOL This reminds me of when my brother owned a Datsun mini truck with the Diesel engine in it......... It would haul a 10,000 tractor!!! but it could not STOP IT !! LOL he is lucky to be alive today!! :spank: :thumbup: :thumbup: :rockon:

If you look in post #3, second picture: you can clearly see brakes in the rig to assist in braking the load independent of the bike.
