My new headlight arrived in the mail today :cheer:

Anyone know of anyone good that I could speak with about getting some custom fitment done (prefer in SE Qld region)? Going to need some sort of customised rig to hold it on the front in place of stocko. I have neither the tools nor the know how... to accomplish said work

Any help would be greatly appreciated

If that is no good then let me know , I work with a guy that restores old bikes & does a lot of his own fabrication im sure he would help or know someone :thumbup:

There's a fella in Slacks Creek called Dave Kellett, he can do anything. I used him to fit R6 forks to my old fz6, did a fantastic job of modifying the frame/fabbing up bits to make it all work together. Google "dave kellett motorcycle engineering".

Absolutely nothing I love it with a passion , thats the problem...... I was down at Topgun Yamaha the other day & she (FZ6) called me over well my mate Nick down there offered me up a straight swap & will fit a set of cans to it in the deal :cheer:... Im tempted coz while I love the XJR I really really miss the FZ6

You can't be serious. How can a not even 2 years old XJR1300 straight swap with an FZ6 (with pipes) be a fair trade?!?

Haha she is 2 & a half years old already mate Time flies when your having fun , the XJR is well on her way to 50000k's :thumbup:

I couldnt bring myself to swap her but I do miss my FZ...

Hey guys, i have queensland personalised plates to suit an FZ6. In white letters on pink background, so obviously suits a girl, but can be remade into any colour by PPQ.

"MY F26"
reads as "MY FZ6"

In very good used conditiona nd always looked after. Asking $300 ono

Selling as i upgraded my wife's bike to an R1, so obviously it doesnt work for her anymore.

Yeah mate its for real , they retail for up to $2500 for personalised plates like that in Qld :thumbup:

Didn't think you could get prestige plates for bikes? aka the 2k ones. Thought it was limited to the $300 or so plates with 3 letters, 3 numbers?
