correct me if im wrong but it looks like a regular supersport but with one of the overpriced track kit bodys on it, he probably wrecked the bike and went that route being cheeper then stock plastics something like this http://www.chaparral-racing.com/Category/street-bike-cowlings

I agree that it's probably aftermarket bodywork on a normal bike.

The bike has been identified as a possible Honda CBR919.

Looking from the engine cover - looks like a seriously modded Honda. Something like a post 2000 CBR.
