PPower retired, on to the Diablo...

i realized while adjusting my chain slack that the rear had a plug. how the hell i didn't notice that originally makes my stomach turn...

the front ppower still looks fine, another 3-4K till the wear bars shine. i'll keep it, and have a front diablo waiting along with my MTB tires, kenda dual sports, and a few others laying around (always buy in sets or quads).

here's the shake down with 30,000 on the bikes clock, assuming this is the 2nd or 3rd set:

i had alot of trouble sourcing a p3, believe it or not. shipping was not free on the p3, and best delivery i could confirm was two weeks out. that is the only reason why.

i'm running the pilot power on the front still. they feel excellent together dry, haven't had the bike wet yet. will report if/when it ever rains again here.

i believe the p3 has the newer 'sipes', interesting very thin grooves in the tire. saw some on a buddys bmw at a scooter ralley. very trick looking, if i have the right tire in mind. i'd love to see how those feel.
