Need some internet help quick!

I'm a member of japanforum.com, last week the site worked fine but today I get a blank page, I can view a cached page from 5/8/2011, but if I try to log in I get a notice stating something about the .php. addresses are encoded by Zend Guard, so I downloaded the Zend program, but all I get now is the 'Internet explorer cannot display webpage' notice, I can't contact the Admin because I can't log in, I was building travel plans to meet some friends, but I can't log in, someone help me!

you can uninstall zend guard. That is if you actually want to encrypt (protect) your website (code) you've wrote on the internet. I believe it's supposed to be seamless and the fact you're getting that error is that it's they've broke something.
